I have a cancellation policy that may be applied. I understand that life can throw us unexpected situations like last-minute changes or sudden illnesses; however, I must clarify that I cannot assume responsibility for any cancellations or no-shows. Unfortunately, there are no exceptions to this policy. Cancellations must be done between 24-72 hours prior to your appointment to transfer your deposit. I charge a 100% of your total for a cancellation fee of the appointment for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. With that said, a new deposit will be needed to book again. If you are more than 10 minutes late, you will be asked to reschedule. After 15 minutes, appointments will be considered cancelled. Kindly notify me in advance if you anticipate being late, especially considering downtown traffic, parking, and building access. For the well-being of all clients, please refrain from booking if you are unwell. Regrettably, appointments cannot be honored for individuals experiencing conditions such as lice, pink eye, styes, or recent exposure to illness.
